To promote the image, particularly documentary image and photojournalism, is to deliver visibility. In that sense, we believe that publishing an image in a book is a privileged way to promote photography for the public at large, and also a way to underline the importance of learning through image, i.e., delivering on its educational purpose. Under ESTAÇÃO IMAGEM’s stamp, we now have more than a dozen publications in book format covering the works of more than eighty photographers.
